This industry revolutionizing technology allows you to replace the traditional metal and resin bond series of 9 steps (50 grit resin – 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000, and well beyond 8000) with 2-5 steps!

By using this system you can achieve as much as a 50% reduction in labor and time on the job, as well as reduction in the products needed to restore virtually all of the surface types you will encounter in the field.

These pads are designed to be used on a standard 175-300 RPM swing machine and with water.

STEP 1 PAD – Replaces traditional diamonds in 50, 100, 200 and 400 grit (i .e . the step one pad removes damage like a 50 grit traditional diamond but leaves the scratch pattern of a 400 grit pad).

STEP 2 PAD – Replaces traditional diamonds in 200, 400, and 800 grit.

STEP 3 PAD – Replaces traditional diamonds in 800, 1500, and 3,000 grit.

STEP 4 PAD – Replaces traditional diamonds in 3,000 and 8,000 grit and beyond.

For the final polishing step we recommend using our 11,000 grit Monkey Pad for the highest color, clarity and gloss.

The Pucks are velcro backed and attach to a weighted drive plate, rubber riser or rigid drive plate. Use 3-4 pucks with a 17″ rotary machine or 4 to 6 pucks with a 20″ machine.
