17” & 20” DRIVE PLATES AVAILABLE

Manufactured using a universal clutch plate, tall riser, and aircraft grade bolts. Precision CNC water jet cut special steel plate for increased flatness and balance of your rotary machine.

  • Attaches to 175 RPM and 1.5 horsepower rotary floor machine.
  • Powder coated for durability and long-lasting finish.
  • Industrial grade Velcro for extra strength to hold pads in place. (Use of a small spatula or putty knife to separate the diamonds and pads from the Velcro is the recommended way to remove them.)


Our weighted drive plates turn almost any 1 ½ hp floor buffer into an efficient stone honing and polishing tool. Rather than using top weights, the bottom weight of the drive plates improves performance and efficiency by acting as a heavy flywheel. This means your honing is flatter, faster and more consistent, and your machine doesn’t work as hard due to the centrifugal force of the heavy steel plate.

FLEXIBLE PAD DRIVER

For use with Hand machines

We have flexible pad drivers used with hand machines,  available in 5”, 6”, and 7”. These are attached to a variable speed hand grinder/polisher and used with our Monkey and Cheetah Pads. They have a standard  ⅝”-11 arbor.

MIGHTY LOK 3 PAD DRIVER

For use with floor machines

This multi-purpose pad driver can be used with diamond discs as well as pads, bonnets, and abrasive pucks. The molded polymer pad face has hundreds of individual hooks that grip into the threads of a floor pad, bonnet or diamond disc and hold it securely while the machine is operating. The pad driver includes a molded riser and universal Malish NP-9200 Tru-Fit® Clutch Plate mounted onto the block. Available in 17” and 20”.
